We believe that our greatest asset at Aldesa is our people.
Our success depends on the well-being, safety and development of those who form part of the company, as well as on the trust we generate in customers, suppliers and communities. That is why the social dimension is a central pillar of our ESG strategy, which promotes a culture based on safety, equal opportunities, talent development and active contribution in every territory where we operate.
Health and safety is our top priority. We have a Joint Prevention Service that supports all areas of the Group and we apply the ISO 45001 standard, with regular compliance audits. We work with the goal of ‘Zero accidents’, extending this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors as well. Prevention is part of our corporate culture and is present in every project, every process and every decision.
Equal opportunities and diversity are essential principles of our culture. We have Equality Plans in place across the group’s various companies (Aldesa, Coalvi, Acisa and Proacon), covering recruitment processes, remuneration, work-life balance, internal promotion and harassment prevention.
These plans are supported by specific tools such as:
We promote equal pay and inclusive recruitment processes, and we collaborate with Special Employment Centres, promoting the integration of vulnerable groups into the labour market.
The professional growth of our people is key to our strategy. We have an Annual Training Plan that ensures continuous training in the areas of safety, equality and sustainability. We promote long-term employability, internal mobility and career development plans, consolidating Aldesa as a leading employer in the infrastructure sector.
Más allá de la actividad constructiva, en Aldesa asumimos la responsabilidad de crear valor compartido en los territorios donde operamos. Contribuimos al desarrollo económico y social mediante:
Our social commitment also extends to the value chain. We require responsible practices from suppliers and subcontractors, who must adhere to our Code of Ethics. We apply a Supplier Assessment Procedure, which includes social, environmental and ethical criteria, and we conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance. In this way, we ensure that our supply network contributes to the fulfilment of ESG criteria and the creation of shared sustainable value.
