Aldesa Engineering Academy, the program that allows students in their final years of engineering studies to begin developing their careers and showcase their talent at Aldesa, has confirmed its strong reception by reaching over 1,000 registrations in Spain, Peru, and Poland since its launch last September.
The country with the highest number of applications so far is Peru, with a total of 750 candidates. As part of the promotion activities, our HR teams in Latin America visited universities in Lima to present the initiative, where over 300 students visited the stand at the Civil Engineering Job Fair at the Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas in Monterrico. Additionally, 30 students attended an informative talk held at the San Isidro campus of the UPC.
In Spain, the program has already received more than 200 applications, thanks to its promotion at the Universidad Europea de Madrid, Escuela Ingenieros de Caminos, C. y P, UPM, UPC, and Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona, as well as at Universidad de Nebrija, Universidad Pontífica de Comillas, and UTG Campus in Vilanova i la Geltrú.
