Ethical principles

Committed to people

Our commitment to business ethics, regulatory compliance, equal treatment and sustainability translates into a series of internal policies that regulate the actions of everyone who forms part of the Group, as well as our relationships with partners, suppliers and other stakeholders.

Integrity, transparency and accountability

At Aldesa, we believe in a way of doing things based on integrity, transparency and responsibility.

This commitment is cross-cutting and applies in all countries where we operate. It is the foundation on which we build lasting, honest relationships based on trust.

Ethical Channel

Aldesa has an Ethical Channel accessible to anyone, both inside and outside the organisation, for confidential or anonymous reporting of possible irregularities, breaches or actions contrary to business ethics.

This channel is regulated by our Internal Reporting System Policy and complies with the provisions of Law 2/2023 on whistleblower protection.
