Aldesa, a global company specialising in civil and industrial infrastructure development, renewable energy, technological solutions and concessions, launched the Aldesa Engineering Academy in February, a pioneering professional development programme aimed at students in their final years of engineering studies to help them start their careers and develop their talent within the company.
The first cohort of the programme has started with a total of 23 participants internationally, distributed between Spain (10 students), Poland (5), Peru (4) and Mexico (4), selected from more than 1,200 applications received. With this initiative, Aldesa reinforces its commitment to developing young talent and attracting the best engineering profiles internationally.

Participants will have the opportunity to be part of the company for a period of 18 months, integrating from day one into high-impact international projects. The first phase, lasting six months, consists of internships in strategic areas such as construction, renewable energy and technological solutions.
The second phase consists of 12 months of structured training with a permanent contract, during which participants will rotate through different key areas such as project planning and control, technical office or national construction execution, with the aim of acquiring a comprehensive overview of the business.

Finally, the programme includes permanent integration into the company in a position tailored to each participant’s profile, with opportunities for international mobility thanks to Aldesa’s global presence and incentives linked to permanence.
Through Aldesa Engineering Academy, the company is committed to the potential of new generations of engineers, offering a solid, competitive and distinctive career path within the sector. The initiative is part of the company’s strategy to recruit highly qualified talent, facilitate their transition to the real professional environment and promote their long-term development within the organisation.
