Aldesa has completed the execution of the works on the Pardo 200 building in Peru’s capital, Lima, a project that has involved the full construction of a mixed-use complex comprising a five-star hotel, office space and a commercial area, distributed over 18 floors and including 600 parking spaces.
Specifically, the most notable milestones include the opening of the Nhow Lima Hotel, the first hotel of this brand in Latin America, featuring 243 rooms and more than 700 m² of event space; modern offices totaling 18,600 m²; and 6,500 m² of retail space designed to enhance the urban experience. All of this is complemented by an innovative architectural design rich in Peruvian cultural references, technology and sustainability, within a total built area of 63,000 m².
From a technical standpoint, the scope of the project comprised full execution as a new-build construction, including structures, architecture, finishes, fixed furniture and specialized equipment, as well as the implementation of sanitary, mechanical and electrical installations and special systems designed to meet international standards of quality, energy efficiency, safety and accessibility.
In addition, work was carried out to optimize each use of the complex (hotel, corporate and commercial), and its integrated operation is ensured through solutions focused on sustainability, efficient maintenance and smart management. In this way, Aldesa successfully completes a new project that not only provides Lima with a building set to become one of the city’s most significant landmarks, but also demonstrates the company’s continued commitment to Latin America through the development of projects that have a positive impact on local communities and on the advancement of high-quality, sustainable infrastructure.
