Aldesa has begun the second phase of construction of the Parque Bétera Residential Complex, located in a prime setting in the municipality of Bétera, in the Valencian Community, Spain. This new phase includes the construction of 21 semi-detached and terraced homes, which will be added to the 24 units already built and sold in 2023.
The new homes, of which 52% have already been sold, have also been designed in accordance with the most demanding standards of efficiency, functionality, and quality. They will be arranged over two floors and will feature spacious living rooms and kitchens, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, terraces, private gardens, and parking.
The Parque Bétera Residential Complex is a residential development located very close to the city of Valencia and with access to a wide range of services, including schools, healthcare, leisure facilities, and a golf course. The project, under which Aldesa plans to deliver a total of 90 homes across successive phases, also includes extensive private areas.
