Grupo Aldesa, a leading international company operating in the construction, infrastructure, energy, and concessions sectors, present in 9 countries and employing 2,600 professionals, announces the appointment of Celestino Martínez as Chief People and Culture Officer.
He holds a degree in Mining Engineering and a PDD diploma from IESE. He has over 30 years of experience in the energy and industrial sectors, with a distinguished career in managing complex organizations and leading multidisciplinary teams at an international level.
In this role, Celestino will be responsible for leading Grupo Aldesa’s global People and Culture division across all countries where the company operates, and will also join the Executive Management Team.
