Health and safety at work

Health and safety is our top priority. We have a Joint Prevention Service that supports all areas of the Group and we apply the ISO 45001 standard, with regular compliance audits. We work with the goal of ‘Zero accidents’, extending this requirement to suppliers and subcontractors as well. Prevention is part of our corporate culture and is present in every project, every process and every decision.

Diversity, equality and inclusion

Equal opportunities and diversity are essential principles of our culture. We have Equality Plans in place across the group’s various companies (Aldesa, Coalvi, Acisa and Proacon), covering recruitment processes, remuneration, work-life balance, internal promotion and harassment prevention.

These plans are supported by specific tools such as:

Our social commitment also extends to the value chain. We require responsible practices from suppliers and subcontractors, who must adhere to our Code of Ethics. We apply a Supplier Assessment Procedure, which includes social, environmental and ethical criteria, and we conduct audits and inspections to verify compliance. In this way, we ensure that our supply network contributes to the fulfilment of ESG criteria and the creation of shared sustainable value.
