Expansion of Terminal 3 at Cancún International Airport, involving the construction and reconfiguration of areas to provide six new commercial aircraft parking positions. The project includes the execution of foundations, structures, façades, finishes, hydraulic, sanitary, electrical, stormwater, air-conditioning, and special systems, as well as the integration of LED lighting, interior signage, check-in furniture, and access routes for transit passengers. The scope also includes the construction of new check-in buildings, departure lounges, commercial areas, expanded security screening facilities, customs areas, baggage reclaim belts, boarding stairways, offices, and interconnecting corridors. The design incorporates hurricane-resistance specifications for wind speeds of up to 243 km/h, while replicating the existing architectural style and complying with airport safety regulations. The lump-sum, fixed-term contract also includes the delivery of “As-Built” drawings and the coordination of works in areas operating 24 hours a day, ensuring the continuity of airport services throughout the construction process.
