Aldesa will design and construct a 16.6 km section of the S17 expressway between Piaski and Łopiennik. The contract value is approximately PLN 810 million.
The route will follow a new alignment alongside the existing National Road No. 17, starting at the Piaski Wschód interchange, which will be reconstructed to connect the S17 expressway with the S12 Piaski – Dorohusk route. The project includes the construction of three new interchanges: Piaski Południe, Fajsławice, and Łopiennik. The new section of the S17 expressway will be a dual-carriageway road with local access roads, engineering structures, drainage systems, and road lighting within the interchange areas. The project also includes the installation of environmental protection measures, including noise barriers and wildlife crossings. A traffic management system will also be implemented.
The Piaski – Łopiennik section forms part of the 125 km expressway route between Piaski and Hrebenne.
