Construction of the El Tuli solar photovoltaic plant, with an installed capacity of 187.5 MWp, located in Mazapil, Zacatecas, Mexico. The scope included the engineering, procurement, and construction of the facility, encompassing the AC collection system, 115/34.5 kV step-up substation, transmission line, interconnection switchyard, SCADA and communications systems, access roads, and civil works. The project also included the installation and connection of photovoltaic modules, mounting structures, inverters, and transformers, as well as availability, capacity, and efficiency testing prior to commissioning.
