The project, promoted by the Ministry of Infrastructure, Communications and Transportation (SICT), includes the construction of a new road bypass connecting the municipalities of Chiautempan, Zacatelco and Teolocholco. This new route will improve traffic flow between the central and southern parts of the state, easing congestion on local roads and significantly reducing travel times.
