Design, construction and turnkey delivery of the Planet Hollywood Cancun resort, developed in two consecutive phases in the area of Costa Mujeres, Quintana Roo. The scope of the works includes the integral execution of the main building, common areas, service areas, technical facilities, swimming pools, spa, restaurants, recreational areas and the exterior urbanization, all complying with the highest standards of quality, safety and comfort required by the property.
Phase I included the initial construction of the main facilities and part of the exterior infrastructure, while Phase II completed the development with new accommodation areas, expansion of services, improvements in technical facilities and high-level finishes. Both phases were executed on a lump sum basis, guaranteeing delivery on time and within budget. The resort has become a benchmark in the luxury hotel industry in the Mexican Caribbean, integrating contemporary design, advanced technology and a high degree of operational efficiency.
