Comprehensive construction of the Harstadåstunnelen tunnel in northern Norway, as part of the “Harstadpakken” programme. The scope included the construction of a high-capacity road tunnel, a temporary access road, the redevelopment of the road above the Seljestad portal, and full preparation for the electrical installations. The project also included all excavation, lining, interior finishing, and safety system works required for final approval, in compliance with Norway’s strict engineering and road safety standards.
