The scope of work includes the delivery of infrastructure for the New Chemistry complex (formerly Olefins III) under Package K-002, including the construction of storage infrastructure comprising 18 spherical tanks with a total capacity of 27,000 m³, 14 vertical tanks with a capacity of 50,000 m³, 2 horizontal pressure vessels with a capacity of 5,000 m³, and 1 cryogenic tank with a capacity of 16,000 m³, as well as approximately 60 km of transfer infrastructure. The project also includes civil, sanitary, and electrical works.

The consortium formed by Aldesa Construcciones Polska sp. z o.o. (leader) and China Civil Engineering Construction Corporation is carrying out Technical Scope No. 2 of the OSBL infrastructure as part of the Olefins III project, together with the core infrastructure of ORLEN’s production plant in Płock. On 5 July 2023, the consortium signed an EPC contract with ORLEN S.A. worth PLN 1.97 billion.
