The project involves the implementation of the first stage of the modernisation of Railway Line No. 38 on the Ełk – Korsze section, including its complete electrification. The scope of works includes the comprehensive renewal of the track structure and substructure, installation of electrical systems, and adaptation of the existing infrastructure to increase the capacity, efficiency, and sustainability of rail transport.
