Construction of the new PARDO 200 Mixed-Use Building, located in the heart of Lima’s commercial district, Peru. The project comprised the comprehensive construction of a mixed-use complex integrating a five-star hotel, office space, and retail areas, with a total built area of 62,531 m² across 18 floors and 600 parking spaces.
The scope included the complete execution of the structural works, architectural works, finishes, fixed furnishings, and specialized equipment, as well as the installation of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems, together with special systems designed to meet international standards for quality, energy efficiency, safety, and accessibility.
The building was developed entirely as a new-build project, optimizing the functionality of each use—hotel, corporate, and retail—while ensuring the integrated operation of the complex through solutions focused on sustainability, smart building management, and efficient maintenance.
