Design, construction, commissioning, and maintenance of the Rio Maior and Torre Bela solar photovoltaic power plants, with a total installed capacity of 272 MW. The project scope includes the installation of approximately 500,000 photovoltaic modules, 1,315 inverters, 2,251 km of solar cables, 212 km of medium-voltage cables, 785 km of low-voltage cables, and 68 km of fibre-optic cables. A 30 kV/400 kV substation and a 23 km high-voltage overhead transmission line (400 kV) were constructed to connect the facilities to the REN substation in Rio Maior. The works also included landscape integration measures to minimise environmental impact, as well as testing and optimisation to ensure full-performance operation.
