Construction of Mapfre’s new corporate headquarters in Lima, Peru, carried out in two consecutive phases. The first phase included the construction of five basement levels using diaphragm walls and slope stabilization works. The second phase comprised the complete building structure, high-quality finishes, and sustainable building systems. The project was delivered under a lump-sum contract in a complex urban environment with demanding technical requirements.
