Construction of Terminal 4 at Cancún International Airport, including the terminal building, aircraft parking aprons, access roads, and general urban development works. The scope includes deep foundations, steel and reinforced-concrete structures, long-span roofing systems, high-standard interior and exterior finishes, as well as the integration of electrical, hydraulic, sanitary, HVAC, and fire protection systems. The project also includes the installation of airport equipment such as baggage handling systems, passenger boarding bridges, and control and security systems. In addition, it covers the adaptation of internal roadways, signage, landscaping, and complementary works, ensuring compliance with international aviation regulations and high levels of operational efficiency.
