Construction of workshops, train stabling facilities, an administrative building, and ancillary buildings, together with the manufacture and supply of fixed installations and general equipment for each workshop. The scope also included the supply of auxiliary rail vehicles, parking areas, landscaped areas, general site development works, and the commissioning of all facilities. Located at the southern end of the line in the municipality of Tonalá, the complex is accessed via the extension of the elevated viaduct from the Central Camionera terminal station.
