Construction of the new headquarters of the Provincial Directorates of the General Treasury of Social Security and the National Institute of Social Security in Valladolid.
The project involved the comprehensive construction of an administrative building on Plot No. 15 of the APE 25-1 “Ariza” development area, designed to centralise the provincial services of the TGSS and INSS. The works included the construction of public service areas, workspaces and technical facilities, as well as modern HVAC, telecommunications, security and energy-efficiency systems.
Urban development and external landscaping works were also carried out to integrate the building into its urban surroundings.
