Construction of a 9.6-kilometre-long tunnel and the necessary pipelines to convey water by gravity from the Huesna Reservoir to the Las Chimeneas Drinking Water Treatment Plant (DWTP). This new infrastructure replaces the previous pumping system, enabling estimated energy savings of up to 10 GWh per year and reducing CO₂ emissions by 89%. The project significantly improves water quality and the reliability of the supply system, directly benefiting more than 250,000 residents in the area.
