Urban development works for the UZP 2.03 “Desarrollo del Este – Los Ahijones” area in Madrid. The project involves the comprehensive development of this new urban district in southeast Madrid, transforming the area into fully serviced plots ready for construction. The works include earthworks, water supply and sewerage networks, drainage collectors, gas, electricity and telecommunications networks, as well as the construction of roads, pavements, cycle lanes and green areas. The project also incorporates drainage systems, public lighting, street furniture and signage, together with landscape integration and environmental protection measures. The project aims to provide the area with all the infrastructure and services required for its integration into the urban fabric, while improving connectivity with the wider metropolitan area.
