Maintenance and pre-maintenance services for the Madrid–East High-Speed Rail Line within the areas covered by the Requena and Monforte del Cid maintenance bases. The contract includes maintenance, inspection, and preventive and corrective repair works on the infrastructure, track and track equipment of the high-speed line. The works include periodic inspections of the track formation, ballast, rails and turnouts, the replacement of worn components, track geometry monitoring, and verification of the proper operation of expansion devices and other technical systems. The service ensures the operational availability, safety and reliability of the line, maintaining optimal performance and extending the service life of the railway assets.
