Construction and refurbishment of The Westin Resort & Spa hotel complex in Cancún, Mexico. The project included expansion, renovation, and improvement works throughout the resort, covering guest rooms, common areas, dining and leisure facilities, as well as landscaped outdoor areas and beachfront spaces. The works included the modernisation of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems, improvements to interior and exterior finishes, and upgrades to meet the international quality and comfort standards associated with the Westin brand. The objective was to enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and strengthen the resort’s position as a leading tourist destination in the Mexican Caribbean.
