In September 2025, Rolando Gabriel Jabłoński Varas joined the Aldesa team in Poland as HR Director. In this role, Rolando Jabłoński will be part of the local management team and the global people and culture structure of the Aldesa Group.
Rolando Jabłoński has over 20 years of experience in human resources management and organisational development, gained in the construction, industrial and mining sectors. Before joining Aldesa, he was HR Director at ULMA Construcción Polska S.A., and previously held management positions at KGHM Polska Miedź S.A. and CODELCO in Chile.
He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Valparaíso (Chile) and an MBA from Adolfo Ibáñez University. He has also completed numerous specialist training courses in leadership, talent management and labour law.
