ESG commitment

Sustainability as the basis of our management

At Aldesa, we believe that building is not just a technical endeavour — it is a responsibility towards the environment, people, and the future. That is why sustainability is more than a commitment for us; it is a core conviction that guides our strategy and is embedded across all areas of our business.

ESG commitment aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals

Our ESG commitment is cross-cutting and fully aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals. For many years, we have been part of the UN Global Compact, applying and promoting its ten principles on human rights, labour standards, the environment, and anti-corruption.

We have a public Sustainability Policy that sets out our principles and guidelines for action, forming the basis of a responsible, innovative and resilient business model.

strategic priorities

Our ESG strategy framework is structured around ten strategic priorities that guide our performance:

Environmental priorities

---

Our goals include achieving climate neutrality by 2045, extending environmental management across all our activities, and applying circular economy principles throughout our operations.

Social priorities

---

We aim to strengthen health and safety (HSE), attract and retain talent, promote diversity and equal opportunities, and increase our positive impact on society.

Priorities for good governance

---

Integrate sustainability into the management of business risks and opportunities, strengthen transparency with stakeholders, and drive innovation in sustainable infrastructure.

International recognition

This commitment translates into achievements and external recognition that endorse our responsible management:

GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark)

Our CAS concessionaire ranks among the global leaders in sustainable transport infrastructure, reaching first place in America and fourth place worldwide in 2024.

ESR (Socially Responsible Enterprise) award:

Awarded by the Mexican Centre for Philanthropy (CEMEFI), it recognises our positive impact on the community and our ethical commitment.

Earth Charter

We continuously renew our commitment to this international initiative that promotes universal values for sustainable development.

EDGE Certificate

Our buildings maintain this international certification, which accredits efficiency in the use of energy, water and materials.

Transparency and reporting

Sustainability requires transparency. That is why we publish our Sustainability Reports every year, detailing our progress and challenges in environmental, social and governance matters.
